Toxic Vaccines? CBCD Sends Letter to FDA, CDC on Foreign DNA Fragments in Gardasil and MMR
The CBCD sent a letter this past week to the offices of the FDA Commissioner, Dr. Margaret Hamburg, and to the offices of the CDC’s director, Dr. Thomas R. Frieden on toxic Gardasil and MMR vaccines.
In a letter sent by the Center for the Biology of Chronic Disease (CBCD), the Center urges the FDA and CDC to investigate the risk associated with foreign DNA fragments in vaccines such as Gardasil and the MMR II and set clear guidelines that will mitigate this risk.
In the letter, the CBCD quoted a news story from CBS News, which declared, “Parents who send their children to private schools in California are much more likely to opt out of immunizations than their public school counterparts.” [1]
That article went on to note that public health officials are troubled by the fact that the rate of children entering private schools without all of their shots jumped by 10 percent last year. The fact of the matter is that parents are growing more and more concerned that the FDA is allowing certain pharmaceutical giants to play games with the health of their children.
Note the issue of Gardasil.
In its letter, the CBCD mentioned that the FDA knew that Merck’s vaccine contains foreign DNA fragments.
In fact, the FDA says on its website. “Since the early development of Gardasil, FDA and the manufacturer (Merck and Co., Inc.) have known that after purification of the vaccine, small quantities of residual recombinant HPV L1-specific DNA fragments remain in the vaccine. … The presence of DNA fragments is expected in Gardasil … these are not contaminants … The presence of these DNA fragments is expected, is not a risk to vaccine recipients, and is not a safety factor.” [2]
Gardasil is just one example of a vaccine that contains foreign DNA fragments.
A second example the CBCD mentioned in the letter is the MMR II vaccine. According to the insert written by Merck and Co., Inc. and that can be downloaded directly from the FDA website says that Fetal cell line Wistar RA 27/3, Fetal cell line WI-38, and genetically engineered human albumin are all used in the vaccine, which means that the MMR II vaccine contains foreign DNA fragments. [3]
The FDA and Merck admit that both the Gardasil and the MMR vaccines contain foreign DNA fragments. However, the FDA asserts that these foreign DNA fragments “are not contaminants”; and that they pose no risk to vaccine recipients.
In simple terms, the FDA believes that foreign DNA fragments are safe.
The CBCD believes otherwise. In the Center’s letter, it was explained that there is evidence that shows that these foreign DNA fragments put the vaccine recipients in great danger.
In 2003, Dr. Hanan Polansky, published his highly acclaimed “Purple” book, in which he explains how certain foreign DNA fragments, at high concentrations, and even when broken and incapable of transcribing proteins, cause major diseases, such as, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and even obesity.
In other words, in his book, Dr. Hanan Polansky describes a new category of disease causing agents, namely, foreign DNA fragments.
“Dr. Polansky takes an interesting approach when relating the diseases discussed in this book. He uses a detailed quantitative analysis to explain his theories of microcompetition with foreign DNA. I especially enjoyed how he found links between these different chronic diseases. It was quite thought-provoking.” – Afshin Beheshti, PhD Research Associate, Department of Molecular Genetics, the Forsyth Institute, (Harvard Medical Center Affiliate)
In the letter, for the sake of the public’s health, the CBCD urges the FDA commissioner and CDC director to assume that Dr. Polansky is correct, that is, that foreign DNA fragments can actually cause long-term, chronic disease. Under such assumption, vaccines that introduce foreign DNA fragments into the human body in high concentrations would be extremely dangerous.
Can the FDA and the CDC ignore Dr. Hanan Polansky’s discovery?
Millions of kids are being vaccinated, and are therefore inoculated with foreign DNA fragments. What if Dr. Polansky’s discovery is right and these foreign DNA fragments cause diseases from cancer to heart disease, from diabetes to autoimmune diseases?
The Center’s letter urges the FDA and CDC to examine Dr. Hanan Polansky’s discovery and not argue that they cannot initiate research into this area because billions of dollars will be lost if Dr. Hanan Polansky is right. What is more important, the health and lives of America’s children, or the profits of the pharmaceutical industry?
The CBCD endorses Dr. Polansky’s discovery and invites family doctors, pediatricians, scientists, the media, and the public to contact us on this issue.
